What is it used for?
This medicine is used for short-term relief of painful muscle and joint conditions associated with muscle stiffness or spasm, such as back pain, sprains and strains. It helps reduce pain, inflammation and muscle spasm.

How does it work?
Diclofenac reduces substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol provides additional pain relief, while chlorzoxazone acts on the central nervous system to help relax painful muscle spasms.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed by a doctor. Swallow the tablet with water, preferably with or after food, and do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not take it together with other medicines containing diclofenac, paracetamol or similar painkillers unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Common side effects
Nausea, indigestion, stomach pain, diarrhoea, dizziness, drowsiness and headache may occur.

Precautions
Avoid alcohol and driving or operating machinery if dizziness or drowsiness occurs. Tell the doctor before use if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, liver or kidney disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma triggered by painkillers, or allergy to painkillers. Avoid use during pregnancy, especially the last 3 months, unless specifically prescribed. Seek medical help for severe stomach pain, black stools, vomiting blood, yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, facial swelling or breathing difficulty.
