Diclotech (20x10) Diclofenac Potassium 50 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg by Csc

What is it used for?
Used to relieve short-term pain and reduce inflammation, such as body or musculoskeletal pain. It may also help reduce fever when prescribed for this purpose.

How does it work?
Diclofenac reduces substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps reduce pain and fever through a different action.

How to take/use it
Take only as directed by a doctor or pharmacist. Swallow with water, preferably with or after food, to reduce stomach irritation. Do not take it with other medicines containing paracetamol or diclofenac unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Common side effects
Nausea, indigestion, stomach pain, diarrhoea, dizziness or headache. Stop the medicine and seek medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe allergic reactions or severe skin rash.

Precautions
Avoid use or seek medical advice if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, kidney or liver disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, or asthma triggered by painkillers. Avoid excessive alcohol. Tell the doctor if taking blood thinners or other painkillers. It should generally be avoided during the last three months of pregnancy and used during pregnancy only on medical advice.
