Composition:
Diclofenac Sodium 50 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg per tablet.

Uses:
Used for short-term relief of mild to moderate pain and inflammation, including musculoskeletal pain, dental pain, and other painful conditions as prescribed by a doctor.

How to Use:
Take only as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with water, preferably with or after food to reduce stomach irritation. Do not exceed the prescribed dose. Do not take other medicines containing diclofenac, paracetamol, or other NSAIDs unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Precautions & Warnings:
Inform your doctor if you have stomach ulcers or bleeding, asthma triggered by painkillers, heart disease, high blood pressure, kidney or liver problems, or blood-clotting disorders. Avoid excessive alcohol consumption. Diclofenac can increase the risk of stomach bleeding, kidney problems, and cardiovascular events, particularly with prolonged use or in people with risk factors. Seek medical attention for black stools, vomiting blood, severe stomach pain, chest pain, breathing difficulty, or reduced urine output.

Possible Side Effects:
Common side effects may include nausea, indigestion, stomach pain, diarrhoea, dizziness, and headache. Serious effects may include gastrointestinal bleeding, liver or kidney problems, severe allergic reactions, and cardiovascular events. Stop the medicine and seek medical attention for severe skin reactions, facial swelling, difficulty breathing, black stools, or yellowing of the skin or eyes.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:
Do not use this medicine during the third trimester of pregnancy. Consult your doctor before using it during pregnancy or breastfeeding, particularly if prolonged treatment is required.

Storage:
Store at room temperature in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach and sight of children. Do not use after the expiry date.
