Composition:
Diclofenac Sodium 50 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg per tablet.

Uses:
Used for short-term relief of mild to moderate pain and inflammation, including pain associated with musculoskeletal conditions, dental pain, and other painful conditions as prescribed by a doctor.

How to Use:
Take only as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with water, preferably with or after food to reduce stomach irritation. Do not crush or chew unless advised otherwise. Do not take more than the prescribed dose or combine it with other medicines containing diclofenac, paracetamol, or other NSAIDs unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Precautions & Warnings:
Inform your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers or bleeding, asthma triggered by painkillers, heart disease, high blood pressure, kidney or liver problems, or blood-clotting disorders. Avoid excessive alcohol consumption. NSAIDs such as diclofenac may increase the risk of stomach bleeding, kidney problems, and cardiovascular events, particularly with prolonged use or in people with risk factors. Seek medical attention for black stools, vomiting blood, severe stomach pain, chest pain, breathing difficulty, or reduced urine output.

Possible Side Effects:
Common side effects may include nausea, indigestion, stomach pain, diarrhoea, dizziness, and headache. Serious but uncommon effects include stomach or intestinal bleeding, liver injury, kidney problems, severe allergic reactions, and cardiovascular events. Stop the medicine and seek medical attention for severe skin reactions, facial swelling, difficulty breathing, black stools, or yellowing of the skin or eyes.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:
Do not use this medicine during the third trimester of pregnancy. Consult your doctor before using it during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Your doctor may recommend an alternative treatment, particularly during pregnancy.

Storage:
Store at room temperature in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach and sight of children. Do not use after the expiry date.

Important Safety Information:
Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration prescribed. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of paracetamol or take other paracetamol-containing products at the same time unless advised by a healthcare professional.
