What is it used for?
Used to relieve nerve pain (neuropathic pain), such as burning, tingling, numbness or shooting pain caused by irritated or damaged nerves.

How does it work?
Pregabalin reduces abnormal pain signals in the nerves. Mecobalamin is a form of vitamin B12 that supports normal nerve function.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed, at the same time each day. Swallow the sustained-release tablet whole with water; do not crush, chew or split it. Do not stop it suddenly without medical advice.

Common side effects
Dizziness, sleepiness, blurred vision, dry mouth, tiredness, swelling of the hands or feet, increased appetite or weight gain.

Precautions
Avoid alcohol and be careful driving or operating machinery until its effects are known. Dose adjustment may be needed in kidney disease. Older adults and people taking opioids or other medicines that cause sleepiness may have increased drowsiness or breathing problems. Seek medical help for facial or throat swelling, severe breathing difficulty, or thoughts of self-harm.
