What is it used for?
Used to relieve wet or productive cough with mucus, especially when airway narrowing causes wheezing or breathing difficulty. It may be prescribed for respiratory conditions such as bronchitis or asthma-related symptoms.

How does it work?
Levosalbutamol relaxes and widens the airways. Ambroxol loosens mucus, while guaifenesin helps thin and clear phlegm.

How to take/use it
Take it only as directed by the doctor or according to the product label. Do not take more than recommended, and measure liquid doses carefully if supplied as a syrup.

Common side effects
Nausea, vomiting, stomach upset, diarrhoea, headache, dizziness, shakiness, nervousness, or a fast heartbeat may occur.

Precautions
Inform the doctor if there is heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, overactive thyroid, or a history of seizures. Seek medical help for severe breathing difficulty, chest pain, a very fast or irregular heartbeat, or signs of an allergic reaction.
