What is it used for?
This combination is used for short-term relief of common cold and allergy-related symptoms such as cough, blocked or runny nose, sneezing and watery eyes.

How does it work?
Chlorpheniramine reduces allergy symptoms, phenylephrine helps relieve nasal congestion, and dextromethorphan suppresses a dry cough.

How to take/use it

Common side effects
Drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, blurred vision, nausea, nervousness, headache, increased heartbeat or difficulty sleeping may occur.
