Composition:
Dapagliflozin 10 mg + Sitagliptin 100 mg + Metformin Hydrochloride 500 mg per tablet.

Uses:
Used to improve blood sugar control in adults with type 2 diabetes, along with a healthy diet and regular physical activity, when treatment with one or more diabetes medicines is not sufficient.

How to Use:
Take only as prescribed by your doctor. Take the tablet with or after food to reduce stomach upset. Swallow it whole with water and take it at the same time each day. Maintain adequate fluid intake unless your doctor advises otherwise. Do not stop treatment or change the dose without medical advice.

Precautions & Warnings:
Inform your doctor if you have kidney or liver disease, heart problems, low blood pressure, dehydration, recurrent urinary or genital infections, or a history of pancreatitis or diabetic ketoacidosis. Dapagliflozin can cause dehydration and genital or urinary infections. Metformin may rarely cause lactic acidosis, particularly in significant kidney impairment. Sitagliptin has been associated rarely with pancreatitis and severe joint pain. Inform your doctor before major surgery, prolonged fasting, or imaging procedures using iodinated contrast.

Possible Side Effects:
Common side effects may include nausea, diarrhoea, stomach discomfort, headache, increased urination, urinary tract infection, genital yeast infection, and dizziness. Seek immediate medical attention for severe abdominal pain, persistent vomiting, difficulty breathing, unusual weakness, confusion, severe dehydration, or symptoms suggestive of diabetic ketoacidosis or lactic acidosis.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:
This combination is generally not recommended during pregnancy. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding. Your doctor may recommend an alternative diabetes treatment.

Storage:
Store at room temperature in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach and sight of children. Do not use after the expiry date.

Important Safety Information:
Take this medicine exactly as prescribed and follow your recommended diet and exercise plan. Monitor blood sugar regularly. Maintain adequate hydration while taking dapagliflozin. The risk of low blood sugar is generally low with this combination when used alone, but it may increase when combined with insulin or certain other diabetes medicines. Do not use this medicine to treat diabetic ketoacidosis. Seek urgent medical care for severe abdominal pain, ketoacidosis symptoms, or serious genital infection.
