Curebenate GM Lotion (25ml) Clobetasole + Miconazole + Gentamycin + Zinc Oxide Lotion by Csc

What is it used for?
This lotion is used on the skin for certain inflamed fungal skin infections where a bacterial infection may also be present. It should be used only when recommended by a doctor, as the steroid component can worsen some untreated skin infections.

How does it work?
Miconazole helps stop fungal growth, while gentamicin acts against certain bacteria. Clobetasol reduces redness, swelling and itching, and zinc oxide helps protect the skin.

How to take/use it
For external use only. Apply a thin layer to clean, dry affected skin exactly as directed by the doctor. Avoid the eyes, mouth and other sensitive areas, and do not cover the area with a tight bandage unless advised.

Common side effects
Mild burning, stinging, itching, irritation or dryness may occur. Prolonged or inappropriate use may cause skin thinning, stretch marks or changes in skin colour.

Precautions
Do not use on the face, groin, skin folds, wounds or large areas unless specifically prescribed. Avoid prolonged use, especially in children. Do not use for acne or undiagnosed rashes. Stop and seek medical advice if the infection worsens, spreads or does not improve. Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
