What is it used for?
This medicine is used in adult men to treat erectile dysfunction (difficulty getting or keeping an erection) along with premature ejaculation, when prescribed by a doctor.

How does it work?
Sildenafil increases blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, helping achieve and maintain an erection. Dapoxetine increases serotonin activity, which can help delay ejaculation.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed and follow the instructions on the label. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not take more than prescribed, and do not use it with other medicines for erectile dysfunction unless directed by a doctor.

Common side effects
Headache, dizziness, flushing, indigestion, nausea, diarrhoea, blocked nose and visual changes may occur.

Precautions
Do not use with nitrate medicines for chest pain, ‘poppers’ or riociguat, as this can cause a dangerous fall in blood pressure. Avoid alcohol because it may increase dizziness or fainting. Tell the doctor about heart problems, low blood pressure, liver or kidney disease, or use of antidepressants, tramadol, MAO inhibitors or other medicines affecting serotonin. Seek urgent medical help for chest pain, fainting, a sudden change in vision or hearing, or an erection lasting more than 4 hours.
