What is it used for?
This combination is used to relieve abdominal cramps, spasms, bloating and discomfort caused by intestinal gas. It may be used for symptom relief in conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome, when prescribed by a healthcare professional.

How does it work?
Dicyclomine relaxes spasms in the muscles of the intestine, helping reduce cramp-like pain. Simethicone helps gas bubbles combine and pass more easily, reducing bloating and fullness.

How to take/use it
Use only as directed by a doctor or according to the product label. Do not take more than recommended or use it for longer than advised. If symptoms are severe, recurrent or do not improve, seek medical advice.

Common side effects
Dry mouth, dizziness, blurred vision, constipation, nausea and stomach discomfort may occur. Simethicone is generally well tolerated.

Precautions
Dicyclomine may cause dizziness or blurred vision; avoid driving or operating machinery if affected. Seek medical advice before use if there is glaucoma, difficulty passing urine, prostate-related urinary problems, intestinal blockage or myasthenia gravis. Seek medical attention for severe or persistent abdominal pain, vomiting, fever, blood in the stool or marked abdominal swelling. Keep out of reach of children and do not give to infants unless specifically prescribed.
