What is it used for?
This gel is used to treat acne, including pimples, blackheads and whiteheads.

How does it work?
Adapalene helps prevent blocked pores and reduces acne-related inflammation. Clindamycin is an antibiotic that helps reduce acne-causing bacteria and inflammation.

How to take/use it
Use only as directed by a doctor or pharmacist. Apply a thin layer to clean, dry acne-affected skin and wash hands after use. Avoid contact with the eyes, lips, inside of the nose and other sensitive areas. Do not apply to cuts, broken or sunburned skin.

Common side effects
Dryness, redness, peeling, itching, burning or stinging at the application site. Skin may become more sensitive to sunlight.

Precautions
Use sunscreen and limit exposure to strong sunlight. Avoid using other irritating skin products unless advised by a healthcare professional. Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Stop use and seek medical advice if severe skin irritation or persistent, severe diarrhoea develops.
