What is it used for?
Used to relieve productive cough with mucus and chest congestion, and to help ease wheezing or breathing difficulty caused by narrowed airways.

How does it work?
Ambroxol and guaiphenesin help thin and loosen mucus so it can be coughed out more easily. Levosalbutamol relaxes the muscles around the airways, helping improve airflow.

How to take/use it
Take only as directed by a doctor or pharmacist. Shake the bottle well before use and measure each dose with a proper measuring device. Do not exceed the recommended amount or combine with other cough, cold or bronchodilator medicines unless advised.

Common side effects
Trembling, nervousness, headache, dizziness, fast heartbeat or palpitations, nausea, vomiting, stomach upset and diarrhoea.

Precautions
Use with medical advice if there is heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, overactive thyroid, or a history of seizures. Seek urgent medical help for severe breathing difficulty, chest pain, a very fast or irregular heartbeat, or signs of an allergic reaction such as swelling or breathing difficulty.
