What is it used for?
Used to relieve cough with phlegm and chest congestion, especially when mucus is difficult to bring up and there is wheezing or narrowing of the airways.

How does it work?
Ambroxol and guaiphenesin help thin and loosen mucus, making it easier to cough out. Levosalbutamol relaxes the muscles of the airways and helps improve breathing.

How to take/use it
Take by mouth only as directed by a doctor or pharmacist. Shake the bottle well before use and measure the syrup with a proper measuring device. Do not exceed the recommended amount or combine it with other cough medicines unless advised.

Common side effects
Nausea, vomiting, stomach upset, headache, dizziness, tremor, nervousness, fast heartbeat or palpitations.

Precautions
Use only under medical advice if there is heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, overactive thyroid, or a history of seizures.
