Cefinex OF (10x1x10) Cefixime 200 mg + Ofloxacin 200 mg by Csc

What is it used for?
Cefixime + ofloxacin is a prescription antibiotic combination used to treat certain bacterial infections. It does not work against viral infections such as the common cold or flu.

How does it work?
Cefixime damages the bacterial cell wall, while ofloxacin stops bacteria from multiplying by interfering with their DNA. Together, they help eliminate susceptible bacteria.

How to take/use it
Take it only as prescribed by a doctor. Follow the prescribed dose and duration, swallow with water, and complete the course even if symptoms improve. Do not self-medicate or share this medicine.

Common side effects
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, stomach pain, indigestion, headache, dizziness, or skin rash may occur.

Precautions
Tell the doctor about any allergy to cephalosporins, penicillins, or quinolone antibiotics. Use with caution if there is a history of tendon problems, seizures, nerve problems, heart rhythm problems, kidney disease, pregnancy, or breastfeeding. Stop the medicine and seek medical help for severe or persistent diarrhoea, swelling or breathing difficulty, unusual tendon pain or swelling, numbness or tingling, or severe dizziness. Avoid driving if dizzy.
