Composition:
Carvedilol 3.125 mg per tablet.

Uses:
Used to treat certain types of heart failure and high blood pressure. It may also be prescribed after a heart attack in selected patients. Carvedilol lowers blood pressure and reduces the workload on the heart.

How to Use:
Take only as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with water, with food, usually at the same time each day. Taking it with food can help reduce dizziness caused by a sudden drop in blood pressure. Do not stop treatment suddenly or change the dose without medical advice.

Precautions & Warnings:
Inform your doctor if you have asthma or other breathing problems, a slow heartbeat, low blood pressure, heart conduction problems, diabetes, liver disease, or circulation problems. Carvedilol may mask some symptoms of low blood sugar. Your blood pressure and heart rate may need regular monitoring. Avoid abruptly stopping treatment, as this may worsen certain heart conditions.

Possible Side Effects:
Common side effects may include dizziness, tiredness, headache, slow heartbeat, low blood pressure, diarrhoea, and cold hands or feet. Seek medical attention for fainting, severe dizziness, very slow heartbeat, worsening shortness of breath, swelling, or other signs of worsening heart failure.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:
Consult your doctor before using carvedilol during pregnancy or breastfeeding. It should be used during pregnancy only when specifically prescribed by a healthcare professional.

Storage:
Store at room temperature in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach and sight of children. Do not use after the expiry date.
