What is it used for?
Used to support digestion and help relieve symptoms such as indigestion, bloating, fullness and gas.
How does it work?
Alpha-amylase helps digest carbohydrates and papain helps break down proteins. Dill, anise and caraway oils have carminative properties that may help reduce intestinal gas and discomfort.
How to take/use it
Take only as directed on the product label or by a doctor or pharmacist. Do not exceed the recommended amount.
Common side effects
Mild stomach discomfort, nausea, loose stools or diarrhoea may occur. Allergic reactions are possible.
Precautions
Do not use if allergic to papain, papaya, dill, anise, caraway or any ingredient. Stop use and seek medical help if swelling, breathing difficulty or a severe rash occurs. Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or if symptoms are severe, persistent or recurrent.
