What is it used for?
This is a nutritional supplement used to provide protein, carbohydrate, lysine, niacinamide, iron and other minerals when dietary intake is inadequate or additional nutritional support is needed.

How does it work?
It supplies nutrients used for energy, tissue maintenance and normal body functions. Iron supports haemoglobin production, while the vitamins, minerals and protein support general nutrition.

How to take/use it

Common side effects
Nausea, stomach upset, constipation or diarrhoea may occur. Iron may cause dark-coloured stools or a metallic taste.
