What is it used for?

How to take/use it
Use only as directed on the product label or by a doctor. Do not take more than recommended, and avoid using it with other cough, cold or allergy medicines containing the same ingredients.

Common side effects
Drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, blurred vision, constipation, nausea or stomach discomfort.

Precautions
May cause drowsiness; avoid driving, operating machinery and alcohol until its effects are known. Do not use with monoamine oxidase inhibitor medicines or within 14 days of stopping them; consult a doctor before use with antidepressants or other serotonin-affecting medicines. Seek medical advice before use in glaucoma, difficulty passing urine or prostate problems. Check suitability for children, pregnancy or breastfeeding with a doctor. Consult a doctor for a persistent, worsening or phlegmy cough.
