What is it used for?
This supplement provides calcium, vitamin D3, vitamin K2, magnesium and zinc to support normal bone and teeth health and help meet nutritional needs when dietary intake is insufficient. It may be used as part of bone-health support, but it is not a substitute for treatment prescribed for osteoporosis or nutrient deficiency.

How does it work?
Calcium and vitamin D3 support bone mineralisation, while vitamin K2 helps activate proteins involved in bone health. Magnesium and zinc support normal bone and mineral metabolism.

How to take/use it
Take only as directed on the product label or by a healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended amount. Taking it with food may improve tolerance. Keep a gap from other medicines when advised by a doctor or pharmacist.

Common side effects
Some people may experience constipation, nausea, stomach discomfort, bloating or diarrhoea. Excessive intake may cause symptoms related to high calcium levels, such as vomiting, unusual thirst or frequent urination.

Precautions
Seek medical advice before use if there is kidney disease, a history of kidney stones, high calcium levels or other mineral-balance problems. Vitamin K2 may interact with warfarin and other vitamin K-sensitive blood thinners. Calcium and magnesium can reduce the absorption of some medicines, including levothyroxine, certain antibiotics and osteoporosis medicines; ask a doctor or pharmacist about suitable timing. Do not combine with other calcium or vitamin D supplements without medical advice.
