What is it used for?
Used as a topical antiseptic to help prevent or treat bacterial infection in minor skin wounds, cuts and burns. Larger, deep or seriously infected wounds require medical attention.

How does it work?
Silver nitrate and chlorhexidine help kill or inhibit bacteria on the skin, reducing the risk of infection.

How to take/use it
For external use only. Clean and gently dry the affected area, then apply a thin layer as directed by a doctor or pharmacist. Wash hands before and after use. Do not apply to the eyes, mouth or other sensitive areas.

Common side effects
Temporary burning, stinging, redness, irritation or skin staining may occur. Stop using it and seek medical help if a severe rash, swelling or breathing difficulty develops.
