What is it used for?
This medicine is generally used on the skin for inflamed skin conditions that are complicated by a bacterial infection, such as infected dermatitis or eczema. Use it only for the condition prescribed by a doctor.

How does it work?
Beclomethasone reduces skin inflammation, redness and itching. Neomycin helps control susceptible bacterial infections.

How to take/use it
Use only as directed by a doctor or pharmacist. If supplied as a skin preparation, apply only to the affected area and avoid using it more often or for longer than advised. Wash hands before and after use unless the hands are being treated.

Common side effects
Mild burning, stinging, irritation, itching or redness may occur. Prolonged or repeated use may cause skin thinning, colour changes or other skin changes.

Precautions
For external use only. Avoid the eyes, mouth and other sensitive areas unless specifically advised. Do not use on untreated fungal or viral skin infections, large areas, broken skin or under airtight dressings unless prescribed. Stop use and seek medical advice if the rash worsens or signs of an allergic reaction occur. Avoid prolonged use, especially in children, unless supervised by a doctor.
