Axipar SP (10x1x10) Aceclofenac 100mg + Para. 325mg + Serratiopeptidase 15mg by Csc

What is it used for?
This medicine is used for short-term relief of pain, inflammation and swelling, especially in muscle, joint and other musculoskeletal conditions.

How does it work?
Aceclofenac reduces substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps relieve pain, while serratiopeptidase may help reduce swelling.

How to take/use it
Take it only as prescribed by a doctor. It is usually taken after food to reduce stomach irritation. Do not take more than the prescribed amount, and do not combine it with other medicines containing paracetamol or anti-inflammatory painkillers unless advised.

Common side effects
Nausea, indigestion, stomach pain, diarrhoea, dizziness and skin rash may occur.

Precautions
Tell the doctor if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, liver or kidney disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma triggered by painkillers, bleeding problems, or allergy to anti-inflammatory medicines or paracetamol. Avoid excessive alcohol. Use during pregnancy, especially the last three months, only on medical advice. Seek urgent help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe skin rash, facial swelling or breathing difficulty.
