What is it used for?
This combination is used for temporary relief of cough, blocked or stuffy nose, runny nose and sneezing associated with common cold or allergy symptoms. It helps suppress dry cough and reduce nasal congestion.

How does it work?
Cetirizine reduces allergy symptoms such as sneezing and a runny nose. Dextromethorphan suppresses the cough reflex, while phenylephrine helps reduce swelling inside the nose and relieve congestion.

How to take/use it
Use only as directed on the product label or by a doctor. Do not take more than the recommended amount or combine it with other cough, cold or allergy medicines without checking their ingredients. Measure liquid medicines with the provided measuring device, if applicable.

Common side effects
Drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, nausea, headache, restlessness, difficulty sleeping, and increased blood pressure or heartbeat may occur.

Precautions
May cause drowsiness; avoid driving and alcohol until its effects are known. Ask a doctor before use if there is high blood pressure, heart disease, thyroid disease, glaucoma, difficulty passing urine, or liver or kidney disease. Do not use with monoamine oxidase inhibitor medicines or within 14 days of stopping them. Check with a doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or in children. Seek medical advice for breathing difficulty, a persistent or worsening cough, or cough with high fever or blood.
