Ascotor Ls Syp (100Ml) Levosulbutamol 1Mg, Guiphenesin 50Mg, Ambroxol 30Mg by Elder

What is it used for?
This combination is used to relieve cough with mucus and chest congestion. It may also help open the airways and ease wheezing or breathing difficulty when these occur with mucus-producing respiratory conditions.

How does it work?
Levosalbutamol relaxes the muscles around the airways to improve airflow. Ambroxol loosens thick mucus, while guaiphenesin helps thin mucus so it can be coughed out more easily.

How to take/use it
Take or use only in the dose and frequency prescribed by a doctor or stated on the product label. Do not exceed the recommended amount. If it is a liquid, follow the measuring instructions on the pack.

Common side effects
Trembling, headache, dizziness, fast heartbeat or palpitations, nausea, vomiting, stomach upset, and diarrhoea may occur. Skin rash can occur rarely.

Precautions
Tell the doctor if there is heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, overactive thyroid, or a history of seizures. Seek medical help for severe or worsening breathing difficulty, chest pain, a very fast or irregular heartbeat, or signs of an allergic reaction such as swelling or difficulty breathing.
