Alsera D 10'S (10'S) Diclofenac Sodium 50 Mg + Serratiopeptidase 10 Mg By Alkem

What is it used for?
Used to relieve pain, inflammation and swelling associated with muscle or joint injuries, arthritis, dental pain and inflammation after some procedures.

How does it work?
Diclofenac reduces the production of substances that cause pain and inflammation. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme that may help reduce inflammatory swelling.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed by a doctor. Take it with or after food and swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not take it with other diclofenac or NSAID painkillers unless advised by a doctor.

Common side effects
Indigestion, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, dizziness or headache. Serratiopeptidase may also cause stomach upset or skin rash.

Precautions
Avoid use if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, severe kidney or liver disease, serious heart disease, or allergy to diclofenac, aspirin or other NSAIDs. Use only on medical advice during pregnancy, especially after 20 weeks and in the last 3 months. Inform the doctor about asthma triggered by painkillers, high blood pressure, bleeding problems, or use of blood thinners. Seek urgent medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe allergic reactions, chest pain or breathing difficulty.
