Composition:
Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide 10 mg + Ambroxol Hydrochloride 15 mg + Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2 mg + Phenylephrine 5 mg + Menthol 1.5 mg per prescribed dose. The exact quantity per mL or tablet should be confirmed from the product label.

Uses:
Used for temporary relief of cough, mucus or chest congestion, runny or blocked nose, sneezing, and other symptoms associated with the common cold and upper respiratory conditions.

How to Use:
Take only as directed by your doctor or according to the product label. If supplied as a liquid, measure the dose using the supplied measuring device. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not combine with other cough, cold, antihistamine, or decongestant medicines unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Precautions & Warnings:
Inform your doctor if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, thyroid problems, glaucoma, diabetes, liver or kidney disease, asthma, or difficulty urinating. Chlorpheniramine and dextromethorphan may cause drowsiness; avoid driving, operating machinery, and alcohol if affected. Do not use with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or within 14 days of stopping them. Seek medical advice if the cough persists, worsens, or is accompanied by high fever, breathing difficulty, chest pain, or blood in the mucus.

Possible Side Effects:
Common side effects may include drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, nausea, stomach discomfort, headache, nervousness, difficulty sleeping, or increased heart rate or blood pressure. Ambroxol may occasionally cause gastrointestinal discomfort or skin reactions. Seek immediate medical attention for severe allergic reactions, difficulty breathing, severe skin reactions, or severe palpitations.

Storage:
Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. If supplied as a liquid, keep the bottle tightly closed. Keep out of reach and sight of children. Do not use after the expiry date.

Important Safety Information:

Dextromethorphan can interact with medicines that increase serotonin levels, including some antidepressants, and may rarely cause serotonin syndrome. Avoid combining this medicine with other products containing dextromethorphan, antihistamines, or decongestants unless advised by a healthcare professional.
