Composition:
Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide 15 mg + Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2 mg + Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 5 mg per 5 mL of syrup.

Uses:
Used for temporary relief of dry cough, runny nose, sneezing, and nasal congestion associated with the common cold and other upper respiratory conditions.

How to Use:
Take only as directed by your doctor or according to the product label. Measure the dose using the supplied measuring device. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not take with other cough, cold, antihistamine, or decongestant medicines unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Precautions & Warnings:
Inform your doctor if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, thyroid problems, glaucoma, diabetes, liver disease, asthma, or difficulty urinating. Chlorpheniramine may cause drowsiness; avoid driving, operating machinery, and alcohol if affected. Do not use with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or within 14 days of stopping them. Seek medical advice if the cough persists, worsens, or is accompanied by high fever, breathing difficulty, chest pain, or excessive mucus.

Common side effects may include drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, nausea, stomach discomfort, blurred vision, nervousness, difficulty sleeping, or increased heart rate or blood pressure.
