What is it used for?
This vitamin combination is used to help prevent or correct deficiencies of vitamin C, vitamin B12, folic acid and nicotinamide when dietary intake is inadequate or the body needs extra supplementation. These vitamins support normal blood cell formation, nerve function and general body processes.

How does it work?
It supplies essential vitamins needed for normal red blood cell production, nerve function, tissue maintenance and energy-related processes.

How to take/use it
Take or use it exactly as directed on the product label or by a healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended amount or take multiple vitamin products containing the same ingredients unless advised.

Common side effects
Nausea, stomach discomfort or diarrhoea may occur. Unusual reactions are possible.

Precautions
