Alkemflam Tablets (20'S) (20S) Ibuprofen 400 Mg + Paracetamol 325 Mg By Alkem

What is it used for?
Used for the short-term relief of mild to moderate pain and fever, including body aches, headache, toothache, muscle pain and period pain.

How does it work?
Ibuprofen reduces pain, inflammation and fever. Paracetamol reduces pain and fever through a different mechanism, providing combined relief.

How to take/use it
Take only as directed on the label or by a healthcare professional. Swallow with water; taking it with food may help reduce stomach upset. Do not take it with other medicines containing paracetamol, ibuprofen or other NSAIDs.

Common side effects
Indigestion, nausea, stomach pain, vomiting, dizziness and headache may occur.

Precautions
Avoid use if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, severe kidney or liver disease, or an allergy to ibuprofen, paracetamol, aspirin or other NSAIDs. Seek medical advice before use with blood thinners or other regular medicines, or if there is asthma, heart disease or high blood pressure. Avoid excessive alcohol. Do not use ibuprofen during the last 3 months of pregnancy unless specifically advised by a doctor. Stop and seek medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe skin reactions or breathing difficulty.
