What is it used for?
Used for short-term relief of pain, swelling and inflammation, especially in muscle, joint, bone and soft-tissue conditions.

How does it work?
Aceclofenac and paracetamol help reduce pain and inflammation through different actions. Trypsin and chymotrypsin are enzymes used to help reduce inflammatory swelling.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed by the doctor. It is generally taken with or after food to reduce stomach irritation. Do not take more than the recommended dose, and do not combine it with other medicines containing paracetamol or painkillers such as ibuprofen unless advised by a doctor.

Common side effects
Nausea, indigestion, stomach pain, diarrhoea, dizziness and skin rash may occur. Stop the medicine and seek medical help for signs of stomach bleeding, severe allergy or breathing difficulty.

Precautions
Tell the doctor about stomach ulcers or bleeding, kidney or liver disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma triggered by painkillers, bleeding disorders, or allergies to painkillers. Use caution with blood thinners and avoid excessive alcohol. It should generally be avoided during the last three months of pregnancy unless specifically prescribed. Do not use it with other paracetamol-containing medicines without medical advice.
