What is it used for?
Aceclofenac 100 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg is used to relieve pain, swelling and inflammation, especially in muscle, joint and arthritis-related conditions. It may also help reduce fever.

How does it work?
Aceclofenac reduces the substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps relieve pain and reduce fever.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed, preferably with or after food and with water. Swallow the tablet whole. Do not take it with other medicines containing paracetamol or additional painkillers such as ibuprofen or diclofenac unless advised by a doctor.

Common side effects
Nausea, indigestion, stomach pain, diarrhoea, dizziness and headache.

Precautions
Avoid this medicine if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, severe liver or kidney disease, or allergy to painkillers, unless specifically advised by a doctor. Tell the doctor about heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma or regular alcohol use. Avoid alcohol and do not exceed the prescribed dose. It should generally be avoided during pregnancy, especially in the last three months, unless prescribed. Seek medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe skin reactions, breathing difficulty or yellowing of the eyes or skin.
