Aldigesic 100 Tab (10S) Aceclofenac 100 Mg By Alkem

What is it used for?
Aceclofenac 100 mg is used to relieve pain, swelling and stiffness caused by joint and muscle conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis.

How does it work?
It is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine (NSAID). It reduces the production of substances that cause pain and inflammation.

How to take/use it
Take it exactly as prescribed, preferably with or after food, and swallow it with water. Do not take more than recommended or combine it with other NSAID painkillers unless advised by a doctor.

Common side effects
Indigestion, stomach pain, nausea, diarrhoea, dizziness, headache and skin rash may occur.

Precautions
Avoid or use only under medical advice if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, kidney or liver disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma triggered by painkillers, or allergy to NSAIDs. Seek medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe stomach pain, breathing difficulty or facial swelling. Tell the doctor about all medicines being taken, especially blood thinners, steroids and other painkillers. It should generally be avoided during the last 3 months of pregnancy and used in pregnancy only on medical advice.
