Acloultra Mr (20X10'S) Aceclofenac 100 Mg Paracetamol 325 Mg Chlorzoxazone 250 Mg by RPG

What is it used for?
This medicine is used for short-term relief of painful muscle and joint conditions associated with inflammation and muscle spasms.

How does it work?
Aceclofenac and paracetamol help reduce pain and inflammation. Chlorzoxazone acts on the central nervous system to help relax painful muscle spasms.

How to take/use it
Take it only as prescribed. Swallow the tablet with water, preferably with or after food. Do not take more than the prescribed amount, or combine it with other medicines containing paracetamol or aceclofenac unless advised by a doctor. It may cause drowsiness, so avoid driving if affected.

Common side effects
Indigestion, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, dizziness or drowsiness may occur.

Precautions
Tell the doctor if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, liver or kidney disease, heart problems, asthma triggered by painkillers, or allergy to painkillers. Avoid alcohol, as it may increase drowsiness and the risk of liver damage. Avoid use during pregnancy, especially the last three months, unless specifically prescribed. Seek medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe allergic reactions, or yellowing of the skin or eyes.
