What is it used for?
This medicine is used for short-term relief of pain, swelling and muscle spasm associated with painful musculoskeletal conditions, such as back, neck or joint pain. It should be used only as prescribed.

How does it work?
Aceclofenac reduces pain and inflammation. Thiocolchicoside helps relax painful, tight muscles and reduce muscle spasm.

How to take/use it
Take it exactly as prescribed, preferably with or after food, and swallow it with water. Do not take it for longer than recommended or combine it with other painkillers such as ibuprofen or diclofenac unless advised by a doctor.

Common side effects
Indigestion, stomach pain, nausea, diarrhoea, dizziness and drowsiness may occur.

Precautions
Avoid this medicine if there is an allergy to NSAID painkillers, a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, or severe kidney, liver or heart disease unless specifically advised by a doctor. Inform the doctor about asthma, high blood pressure, seizures, or use of blood thinners. Avoid during pregnancy and breastfeeding unless prescribed. Avoid driving or alcohol if dizziness or drowsiness occurs. Seek urgent medical help for vomiting blood, black stools, severe allergic symptoms or breathing difficulty.
