What is it used for?
It is used for short-term relief of pain, inflammation and swelling associated with muscle and joint problems, injuries, or other painful conditions when prescribed by a doctor.

How does it work?
Aceclofenac reduces substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps relieve pain and fever, while serratiopeptidase may help reduce swelling.

How to take/use it
Take it only as prescribed. Swallow the tablet whole with water, preferably with or after food, to reduce stomach irritation. Do not take additional paracetamol- or NSAID-containing medicines unless advised by a doctor.

Common side effects
Indigestion, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, dizziness or headache may occur.

Precautions
Avoid this medicine or seek medical advice if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, kidney or liver disease, heart disease, uncontrolled blood pressure, or allergy or asthma triggered by painkillers. Avoid alcohol and do not combine it with other paracetamol or anti-inflammatory medicines without medical advice. Inform the doctor if pregnant, especially during the last three months, breastfeeding, or taking blood thinners. Seek urgent help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe rash, breathing difficulty, or yellowing of the skin or eyes.
