What is it used for?
Used for short-term relief of pain, inflammation and swelling, especially in muscle, joint, bone, dental or other painful inflammatory conditions. It may also help reduce fever because it contains paracetamol.

How does it work?
Aceclofenac reduces substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps reduce pain and fever, while serratiopeptidase may help reduce inflammatory swelling.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed by a healthcare professional, preferably with or after food. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not take additional paracetamol-containing products or other painkillers such as ibuprofen or diclofenac unless advised by a doctor.

Common side effects
Nausea, indigestion, stomach pain, diarrhoea, dizziness or headache. Serratiopeptidase may also cause stomach upset.

Precautions
Avoid or seek medical advice before use if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, kidney or liver disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma triggered by painkillers, or allergy to NSAIDs. Avoid during pregnancy unless specifically prescribed, particularly after 20 weeks and in the last trimester. Tell the doctor if taking blood thinners, steroids, or other painkillers. Seek urgent medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe stomach pain, breathing difficulty, facial swelling or a serious skin rash.
