What is it used for?
This medicine is used for short-term relief of painful muscle and joint conditions associated with muscle spasm, such as back pain, sprains and strains. It helps reduce pain, inflammation and muscle tightness.

How does it work?
Aceclofenac and paracetamol help reduce pain and inflammation. Thiocolchicoside acts as a muscle relaxant to relieve muscle stiffness and spasm.

How to take/use it
Take it only as prescribed by a doctor, preferably with or after food and with water. Do not take more or use it for longer than advised. Avoid taking other medicines containing paracetamol or additional painkillers unless advised by a doctor.

Common side effects
Nausea, indigestion, stomach pain, diarrhoea, dizziness or drowsiness may occur.

Precautions
Avoid this medicine if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, severe liver or kidney disease, allergy to painkillers such as NSAIDs, or seizures, unless specifically advised by a doctor. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless prescribed. Avoid alcohol, and do not drive or operate machinery if dizzy or drowsy. Seek urgent medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe rash, breathing difficulty or yellowing of the skin or eyes.
