What is it used for?
Aceclofenac 100 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg is used to relieve pain, swelling and inflammation, especially in muscle, joint and arthritis-related conditions.

How does it work?
Aceclofenac reduces the substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps relieve pain and reduce fever.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed by a doctor, preferably with or after food. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not take other medicines containing paracetamol or painkillers such as NSAIDs unless advised by a doctor.

Common side effects
Indigestion, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, dizziness and headache.

Precautions
Inform the doctor about stomach ulcers or bleeding, liver or kidney disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma triggered by painkillers, or an allergy to painkillers. Avoid alcohol, as it may increase the risk of liver damage and stomach problems. Use during pregnancy, especially the later months, only if specifically advised. Seek medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe skin reactions, breathing difficulty or yellowing of the skin or eyes.
