What is it used for?
This medicine is used for short-term relief of painful muscle and joint conditions associated with muscle stiffness or spasm, such as back pain, sprains and strains.

How does it work?
Aceclofenac reduces pain and inflammation, while paracetamol provides additional pain relief. Chlorzoxazone acts as a muscle relaxant to help reduce muscle spasm.

How to take/use it
Take it only as prescribed, preferably with or after food, and swallow it with water. Do not take more than the recommended dose or combine it with other medicines containing paracetamol or NSAIDs unless advised by a doctor. It may cause drowsiness, so avoid driving if affected.

Common side effects
Nausea, indigestion, stomach pain, diarrhoea, dizziness and drowsiness may occur.

Precautions
Avoid this medicine if allergic to any of its ingredients or if it has previously caused an asthma or allergic reaction. Tell the doctor if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, kidney or liver disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, or regular alcohol use. Avoid alcohol and seek medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe skin reactions, yellowing of the skin or eyes, or unusual sleepiness. It should generally be avoided during the last three months of pregnancy unless specifically prescribed.
